Default '04 Pilot AC / Belt squeak

We have an '04 Pilot EX 4WD. I've noticed a squeak while running and the AC is on. When the AC kicks off the squeak goes away and the all running extremely quietly (it has 88,000 miles on it and otherwise as quiet as if it had 10,000 miles on it). Listening to other Pilots, I've heard others that do it as well. Anyone know what causes this and how to get rid of it. The belt is in good condition and if it were tensioners I would expect it to squeak at all times.

The drive belt tensioner is faulty and is a very common problem.
