I'm getting a 2010 CR-V for my wife to replace her Odyssey. I have always put snows on her cars (mine as well) and am inclined to do the same for the CR-V. The stock tires are the Conti Contact 4x4, which don't seem aggressive enough for winter duty. Anyone have experience with these in the snow and how is the CR-V overall in snow with (blecch) all-season tires?

My wife drives an 02 CRV 5 speed and my parents have an 09 CRV and both have the cheapy stock tires on it and they are fine from what I have drove the past winter. And that's coming from someone driving in Maine. Maine = we gotcha' snow.
