CRV 2002 fog lights

My fog light lens are cracked, but the lights still work. I tried to remove the lights by removing the splash guard to see what I was dealing with. Once I could seet he back of the lights where the wire connects to the socket, I could not see how to disconnect the fog light from the electrical wire.
Anyone know where to get instructions on removing the lights?
Also, where can I get the best deal on the these lights, since the Honda dealers quoted over a hundred dollars apiece?
