Acura HID retainer replacement part

My low beam HID bulb has blown out on my 1999 Acura TL. I bought the replacement bulb only to find that a "metal retaining clip" that holds the bulb in place is broken as well. The clip doesn't come with a new bulb.

Can anyone tell me if the clip comes with a new igniter or headlamp assembly ? If you look on the exploded diagram for a headlight assembly, there is no retaining clip shown... should be shown where part 2 and part 7 connect in this diagram:
