Default Car does not start please HELP!!!!!!!!!

I have a 1992 honda prelude si which I just got a h22 put in. the ignition coil on the h23 is external and the coil on the h22 is internal. I was using the external coil from the h23 on the h22 and it worked. I shut the motor of then put headers on, went to start the car again and there was no spark coming from the coil. ran to auto zone got new coil and the motor started again, bled the clutch and changed the oil and started it up. drove down the street then it stoped working again. Anyone know what this problem is?

You might be frying the ignition coil. Better get the right coil for the engine. If by internal you mean coil on plug, these systems are not compatible. Swap to one or the other instead of trying to Frankenstein the two. The coil on plug is what your ECU is programmed to and also will get you more power.
