can somebody help me with tuneup specs for prelude 1991

What do you need to know?

my car is a import so there is no specs in SA. Is it possible to set the timing with a timimg light or can any other settings be done at home.It is a 2.0 16v motor.The problem is ,its got power when its cold and lazy when its on working temp.

Service manual. If you look hard enough you can find one. Is your car US or Japan spec? If it's US, you can find the manual on ebay. JDM maybe, but US will be a lot easier to find.
