I am a member of www.midwestcrx.org and am also the planner of their annual meet. This year was a decent turn out. The weather kept most away. For those that did make it, I give them props for venturing into the rain for what ended up being a kick-ass three days. Here are the pics:

This year we did camping, a fun run, a good lunch, a damn good dinner, and half price tickets for Jackass 2.

Next year we are planning something in Wisconsin Dells. I will keep anyone and everyone posted.

We are a bit spread out for a hondaclub.com meet I think. If most are from your area, I think that would be cool. I just like meets like this. A whole string of cars cruising down the highway. Maybe it's because of my Trucker roots and listening to the song "Convoy" way too much!! LOL

The meet was held in the Chippewa Falls area of Wisconsin. We camped at Lake Wissota State park, and did a fun run on the local twisties. The weather was crappy Saturday night, so I got everyone 1/2 price tickets to the movie. I was able to lock down a nice lunch of Chicken and Fish for $5 a piece and a Pizza buffet for dinner for about $6 a piece. Movie tickets were $4 a piece, and the camp ground per person was about $30 for both nights.

All in all it was an awesome time. A little rain, but who cares. None of us seemed to mind. Next year I think I will plan something around Wisconsin Dells. Stay tuned.

thats really cool to set something up like that...i just don't know enough people to do something like this and i always have people flake at the last min.

Yeah, we were originally going to have almost 30 cars. By the time it came down to it, we ended up with 11. Still not bad for the area. We had people from all over Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois!!

hey that sounds liek a good time i live just north of madison i would like 2 go the next time and i could probably bring a few of my friends who have hondas
