You still have your old BOV? I could use a cheapo if you want to get rid of it (porbably doing the same thing over the winter).

I can fix it. I think. I got mine to tighten up a bit (it won't stay shut). I'll pay for the shipping if you dig it out of the trash. You don't even need to clean off the leftovers.

Such is life, no problem. I think I have mine bandaged enough so it'll last until winter. Just means no more full-throttle blasts until I get a permanent fix.

I made a mistake today![]() ![]() dang best $40 lip ever. It lasted alot longer than I thought it would so I'm not sad. ![]() Good news is I got my Greddy type RS installed and adjusted good. Finally no compressor surge. I don't really like the sound it makes but I'll deal with it for now until I can find a brand new Greddy type S bov. ![]() |

Time to buy a DX lip. They're a little higher so they don't scrape. And I'll take that RS BOV when you're done with it. I don't care about the sound.

Well after looking around for the past few days I can't find a lip that I like or one that I willing to drop $150 at. The one on my car cost $45 so I guess I'll just get the same one.
Only lip I did find was the J's racing lip but the cheapest I can find is $200 and that's not going to happen. |

You could always just build a patch for the lip you have. Better yet, trim the edges on either side so they have a cool looking rake. Then nobody will know it's broken!
