Well got the downpipe shortened and its cooling right now. It took a little longer than I thought due to it falling on my face
 while I was test fitting it. Busted my lip open and busted me in the nose so now theirs oil and blood on my floor under my car. I cant wait to drive it.

Haha. Well I smashed my finger the other day loosening a bolt on my power steering hose. Still hurts and that was a week ago.

Yea my lip is swollen and my nose still hurts but it just part of working on a car somethings going to get pinched, stabbed, smacked, crushed or burnt. It only a mater of time.
Well the full size radiator is in and fits like a glove. I'm going to have 2 cooling fans on it one on the thermal switch and one on a switch on my dash. Having some issues with the oil drain but I may have that solved now got to get it up to running temps to see if its going to leak. I also need a oil restricter(got to much oil pressure hitting the turbo)

I may have missed it, but did you get a new turbo manifold? Because before you couldn't fit a full radiator. Looks like you've made some real progress.
The same day I smashed my finger, I also burnt my hand on the exhaust manifold. The rest of the engine was cool, but that thing heats up QUICK!!!

Yea I'm now running a HF crx exhaust manifold with a Hf to TD05 adapter. It lowered the turbo to much but it sucked it up near the block so I could fit a bigger radiator that the 1/2 size civic one I was running.

Yeah I guess it won't flow as well or make as much power as that nice tubular deal you had would, but hey power means nothing if you melt the head. Looking sick.
