Its possibly from the lack of air flow to your radiator due to your mounting preference and the intercooler in the way of a lot of air flow. Time to think about a better mounting location for the radiator.

Theres no other way to mount a radiator in my car. The stock one wont clear the turbo. I'm going to cut the hell out of my bumper and wire my fan to run all the time. Also I'm going to put some water-wetter in with my coolant.

I'm thinking either you some how need a bigger radiator or you need to some how put another fan on the one that you have. I know both options are like nearly impossible.

Edit: I looked at the pics of your engine bay again.. Can you buy small fans? I know it'd be a pain in the ass to wire abunch of small fans up but just buy like 4 small fans and put them around your big fan in each corner.

Nah, small fans would just suck up more power, wouldn't cool it any better. I'd either try a vented hood, or a new bumper. A bumper (bumper cover) with more grille area would help suck in more air. Or you could try ducting. Unless you want to actually cut your bumper (the steel not the plastic) you might be out of luck with new mounting.

I would try to rewire the fan to run all the time and put a lower temp thermostat if you can't find anywhere else to mount it.

Running the fan constantly won't help too much. That's how my Sil-Eighty is wired. And it has a giant radiator and fan. If I remove the grille (just the little plastic bit between the headlights), that's worth about 40 degrees of temperature on the highway. Sitting around with the grille puts my water temp at 220 and without the grille, I can hover around 180. Usually I can get away without having to take out the grille (I like the look), but when it gets really hot, or I hit the track, I have to pull it out. I also have yet to move my bettery and replace the overflow tank. I think I might be able to lower the temps to 170-175.

With his lack of airflow beater he would greatly benefit from having it on all the time.

Well I stand by what I said. I should also mention that the SR20 water pump is a turd (damn thing always runs warm). Full time fans might work better on a CRX.
