Default Politically Correct to call it Rice?

It seems to me that since I have had the pleasure of driving my Civic, I hear alot of compliments like "nice rice". Funny as it is for I am a white gal in Canada driving it!! If you are also a owner of a nicely done up Honda or Acura, you could probably relate?

Well Penny, upload a picture of your car to your gallery here. Then Ill give you my personal opinion (for what its worth lol). I know myself, even as a honda owner, tend to be fairly quick with a 'rice' judgement. That may be caused by where I live though. In this part of North Carolina, we have quite a few hondas\acuras Id dub as rice. Common charactoristics of the exterior are huge spoilers that could double as a park bench, muffler tips more than 5 inches in diameter, any muffler that sounds like a beehive, and any body kit designed to make an econobox look 'aggressive'. As far as the interior these vehicles only sport the best wal-mart has to offer....chromed out shift knob and pedals, leather steering wheel wraps and of course the maltese cross seat covers. Again this is just my opinion, if this offends anyone I appologize. Its just that so many of the hondas (and imports in general in this area) look so unplanned. Personally, Im all for any vehicle with a well thought out design :-D

Depends on your definition of "nicely done up"

18's, altezza taillights, ebay halo headlights, z3 fenders, and body kits with some underglow on an automatic dx..... yes its rice. what you got done to yours?

I drive an acura rsx, and mine looks damn near stock with some jdm aftermarket parts, thats my definition of "done up nice"
