I'd still rather have twin turbos =). To me theres no better sound on a car than listening to a turbo spool up..

PrimeTime starts some great threads.

So I'm actually interested in adding a comptech supercharger.

PrimeTime, what was your reaction to adding the comptech? Do you think this is a good long term solution to add power. Can I put 100k on my car with this system in place and not have a major failure of some kind. I'm planning on keeping my car for the long run, so I dont want to crack the block (worst case), or have problems with the internals which would cause a breakdown -- or have major tranny/clutch issues.

Do you think someone could realistically toss on this supercharger, drive it with a heavy foot and not have any major issues with a mostly stock setup (maybe adding a new clutch and of course the normal engine breathables)?

If you run the Comptech S/C the way you get it and don't alter the boost at all you will be just as reliable if not better. I would go with it.
