well there seems to be a small decrease in the overall price of gasoline. in my small town during the past week the price for 89 octane has dropped from $3.08/gal to $2.88/gal. so i'm pretty happy at the moment. i really don't think we'll see prices fall much lower than this though. i'll enjoying i will be enjoying while it lasts

i don't think it will come down for a long time. It increased not because of the war or our country, but because of world demand. I give it a couple of years then when the greedy corporate assholes will do something when the people yell more.

Prices have dropped a total of .51 cents since June in my area. High around here was $3.08 for 87 oct. and now it's down to $2.57 for 87 oct. Gas mileage in my civic isn't bad, but I also own an F150 which doesn't get very good gas mileage. So the price drop is extremely helpful right now with X-mas coming up in a few months
