Talking Where do you get your car parts?

I'm looking for cv axles (joints) R+L for my acura, I'm tight on cash (who isn't in the bay area) and am curious as to where i can get new ones. I don't want to risk a junk yard deal.

Pep Boys and Autozone carry them. Napa will too. Ask around and see who has the best price.

Check out your Import only specialist, I've found most of their staff to be much more knowledgeable than the guys at auto zone or advance. You live in CA so there should be a few. Not badmouthing those places, but unless you know your vehicle inside and out, I've found I get the wrong part at least 50% of the time at auto zone or pep boys.

Been there. It took four different stores to get front brake calipers for my '86 Integra.
