RX-7? AE86? RSX?

you have 100 grand to play with and that would be your choice? Seems like some people are aiming a bit low. I mean, those are nice cars, but better than any other car under 100k?

under 100k lets see here...
-any honda or acura sports/super car, especially the new NSX
-Lotus, maybe with a k20a engine swap
-new M3
-new GT-R
-new Arial Atom, with the Honda engine, not the gm one...

there's probably a couple more like the s2k but idk...

question... would this be your only car because here in Pa i dont know how you would get around in the winter (comfortably) in an atom, but the GT-R would be a hell a fun in the snow!

i agree, they're aiming a bit low. the lotus seems a bit interesting, but the engine's a little on the lite side.

"question... would this be your only car because here in Pa i dont know how you would get around in the winter (comfortably) in an atom, but the GT-R would be a hell a fun in the snow!"

this is a hypothetical question, but i imagine the hypothetical person would own 2 cars. he would drive this car half the time (going out with friends downtown, going on dates, weekend driving, etc.).

the atom seems like it belongs on a racetrack, not for driving around downtown.

the M3 is a contender but i would still take the porshe 911 over it.

what do you guys think about the audi R8?

Maserati GranTurismo looks sharp. also has the uniqueness factor. not too many on the road. but just a tad bit over 100k at $114,650.
