hello everyone,
i got the fever better late than never!!!!!!
bought my first honda and i am ready to ugrade!!!!
as a former mechanic i have to learn the right steps to take
so i can have a hi performance street legal honda!!!
my platform is a civic dx with a 1.5 l engine.

what are the smartest step to take for a rookie honda tuner?
