Hello, my name is Matt, and I'm an alcoholic
I just found this so I'll go ahead and post up even though I've been here for a few days.
Hi, I'm new here. I'm pretty new to Honda too. Last year I bought my wife an 04 Civic EX coupe with the auto-magic. Its been so great on gas I decided to look for another, only with the "beater" package on it. I found a 85 CRX HF with a manual for sale. The price was right so I bought it. I guess the guy wanted to race it or something so he stripped the interior out, took off the A/C and the power steering. (but if anyone has any of this stuff they'd like to sell, hit me up) I've been pretty happy with it so far. I'm working out the idling issues now then I'm on to drivability. As far as me, I've sold auto parts since I was in high school so I'm very generally versed when I comment. I'm crossing over into Honda from the Mazda realm of imports. I've had two MX-6's and one MX-5 miata. I loved them, but the Honda's can't be beat in terms of reliability and fuel economy. I'll list my former vehicles below. I'm looking forward to chatting with you guys, hopefully we can help each other out.
