new owner 1999 accord - HondaClub.com

Hi:

Just purchased 1999 accord coupe 4 cylinder. Car will not start. Suspect fuel pump or fuel pump relay inop. Anyone know the location of the pump relay? Cant seem to find it in any of the fuse box locations. Its an intermittant problem according to previous owner and also occurs when hot too. Any info would be appreciated.
