Well I got it. I ended up going the a GSR head. intake manifold ported, I just bought an accel ignition system, buying new valves, and type R pistons, and I tell you this hobby is expensive as **** but I love it.

ran into a probablem. I got the head with the GSR intake manifold but it didn't come with a few pieces like the throttle body and other lil things can I use the pieces from my LS manifold on it.

i would go on hmotorsonline.com and get an itr motor it will be cheaper then
6k for that price you can swap a k20atype r with a motor mount kit and axles if you really want a nice swap that no one else has in utah that is waht i would do but hey thats me i like to be different
