So i have a 94 teg. i just got my head ported polished and flowed that helped alot then i threw a bunch of aem fuel bolt ons and skunk 2 intake manifold set up on this also helped alot i also plan to get cams and all new vavle train set up... but my stock tranny is weak it has no power in 3rd or 4th thus making it harder to race. im willing to do a tranny swap i just wanted to know what a good tranny is and how to swap it out so if someone could help that would be great.

B16 tranny is the way to go.

is it a direct bolt up? or will i need to change some stuff?

Direct bolt up I believe

if your engine is a b series than any b series tranny will work...i would recomend the ITR tranny. It is exspensive but well, well, well, well worth the money.

i was told to go with the b 16 tranny and buy a limited slip for it how well do you think it would work

No problem. I think I should mention the it will rev pretty high on the interstate so if your commute a lot the FD (final drive) or 5th gear might need to be changed.
