Itr or ctr trans would work well but ctr has short gears. Maybe your car has no power cause your clutch is bad? Do you have any engine lights?

the tranny is not ur problem all this new power on the stock clutch is the problem. im running 280whp on my rs tranny all i have is a lsd kit and excety stage 2 clutch i loose no power no slips and no. i like the long gear ratio on my turbo car cause i get more power for longer.. b16 tranny has really short gears but can also be a problem if your not a fast shifter i recomend the type r tranny its pricy but it has the gears 1-3 of a b16 tranny with a b18 tranny final drive
