ok....so im gonna take the spark plugs out to see if theres oil in there...that would lead me to a h/g problem ....right??? if thats the case ill take the head out and go from there...ok

It shouldn't be a h/g problem if you've got 0 compression on 3 cylinders...its probably a valve problem. like when they bored out the ports they went too far and after 2 1/2 months of stress they're cracked (just an example). A head gasket problem would at least crank over unless this problem has been going on for a while and its just gotten really really really really really bad.

Aligning the valves when they went back is more likely, but will end up with the same result, which is you need a new head. Find a different shop to do the next one.
