well, what was done to the head was, competition 5angle valve job,crane cams,polish the pores,shaved the head down,new head gasket,spoon cam gears

well ,i heard 40psi of fuel should be enough to start the car if that was the problem

the engine turns over..but it sounds lazy..like it got no power

Check the compression. Also I'm going to ask again are you sure they changed the head gasket?(if they took the head off) Assuming that they did really anytime you take the stuff apart you should always replace the gaskets. If they didn't replace it the h/g maybe damage and you may need a new one.

yes the head gasket was replaced.....well i check compression and cyl.1=0,cyl.2=0,cyl.3=40,and cyl.4=0......so could it be the h/g or my block??? how can i tell???

A blown block would be pretty easy to spot- it's hard to miss extra holes. Is the car smoking from anywhere? Blue = coolant, black = fuel, and white = oil.

A bad valve job could do it. If they made a mistake cutting the valves or seating them in, they could wear early and cause the loss of compression. Take the car to a different shop and get their opinion.

white could be gas too....Open your radiator cap and see if it looks milky instead of green. Then check your oil to see if it actually looks like oil.
