I've heard Megan is low quality. DC, Heddman, and Comptech would be good. Skip the cat, your stock cat has plenty of flow (most stock cats are good up to about 400 hp and will clean better than aftermarket cats).

I have Megan and they are beautiful. Flow better than stock, look good, fit perfect and polished stainless.

For the headers Greddy 4-2-1 & Greddy SP2 Exhaust or you can do Comptech.

Greddy, DC, Hks, and Megan would be what I would look at.
