Remember the H22 has 400 ccs extra displacement than the B18 and the H22 makes much more torque then the B18. So the extra ratio makes sense, the engine can push whatever car it's in faster.
The question would be what are your goals for this engine? Are you adding forced induction? How about a bore and stroke? If so, then the LS's longer ratios will make sense to handle the extra power. If none of these options apply, then save up for the GS-R transmission. The B18C1 makes it's most power at the top of the RPM range and the LS transmission won't be able to keep the engine in its sweet spot, so you will lose out on acceleration. Make some money off your old gear and sell it off.

i thought about supercharging it but idk yet i just want a lil bit more horse power and the vtec. i figured i would b able to get a higer speed than with a gsr tranny with the longer gears. if i do this will there b any harm to the motor.

No. It may wear on parts harder, but that would be long term, and there's almost no place to get the car going fast enough to do do it anyway. Unlss you enjoy risking your license by going balls out for about 3 miles.
