It should help. Less backpressure= less work on the engine= better fuel mileage. Unless you gun it everywhere you go, just to hear that sweet sound. Then it might hurt the mileage a bit...

Not really.... just tell them you want a 2 1/2" catback. Depending where you live you can probably get one for around $150. Unless if you want to get a direct bolt on then you will be better off going on eBay and doing a search.

If you get a direct bolt on you can go back to stock if you would like just by bolting the old exhaust back on. With a weld on you would have to pay to make a new exhaust if you wanted to go back to stock.

Ask them to make the piping as straight as possible. Try to get it mandrel bent too if you can (more expensive, but better flow). Stainless steel will last longer than regular steel, but it is also much more expensive (harder to bend and weld). Regular steel will last about 2 years or so before rust takes it over.

Well it won't hurt at all. You should actually get a .5-1.5 mpgs better on my estimate of having two vehicles with catbacks thats what I get when I baby it atleast. But, for the most part I get worse because I love to hear the sound therefore I give it more gas than I did before I had the exhaust. As long as your not like me you'll be fine..
