Assemble? Put on the lower perch, the spring, and then the top mount/perch. They didn't come with any instructions on how to do that?

You're rebuilding them? That's something I'd leave to the pros. One mistake and you're going to crash. There's a reason it's so expensive.

I believe that the Integra uses coilovers from the factory (the spring does coil over the shock, so it is technically a coilover), so just build yours the same way as the OEMs. My 1st gen Integra did not have front springs (a fact I find strange to this day), but my third gen did. But I don't know about the second generation. Even so, it goes together the same way, except with a spring in between.

I hope this helps, but I'm still kind of confused about what you are describing. You're trying to assemble the springs and mounts and perches onto the shock body right?

I do not find that encouraging. If you haven't bought them yet, save up for something better. Suspension is a bad place to cheap out, and some off-brand coilover will probably just be really stiff, really uncomfortable, and will hurt your handling.

^ x2... If you can hold off on getting them. Ebay stuff honestly isn't worth it. I'd save up and get a nice set of coilovers. I know that $1000 in suspension and crap sounds like a lot. But you'll be much happier because your car will ride pretty smooth and it will greatly improve the handling.

Well buying stuff off ebay isn't the problem. Just make sure you know what you're getting. I just bought a guitar amp for $80 that would have run me a couple hundred new. It was brand new but had been dropped and had a crack in the case. It's friggin awesome. i even bought it from one of the ebay stores too. If you have any questions about what's for sale, ask. If the seller is vague or won't answer, then walk away. I just checked ebay to try and find what you were looking at, and there are 1700 items under "integra coilovers." About 1/3 of them were skunk2. Plenty more fish in the sea.
