recently had a suggestion that swapping the cams in my 94 integra vti-r (aussie version of the gsr) is a good way to get a power boost.
wats a better choice? ITR cams or aftermarket ones? where can i get ITR cams? |

Depends. Aftermarket cams will probably be a bit cheaper (since type-r parts are somewhat rare), and aftermarket parts will probably have a bit more peak. Although if you plan on a supercharger or turbo, then wait until you have boosted. Turbo, super, and NA cams are all different grinds.
