Default Acura problem is it fixable?

I have a 95 Acura IT SE. I am trying to put some work into it because it only has 90K and I want to get some more life out of it. Yet there is a screeching problem when I accelerate. It's only at a degree of acceleration and at a level in which I have the gas pedal down. I have taken the car to many mechanics they can't fix the problem. I have replaced all the belts in this car. I can only assume it's the pulley systems. I have tried to oil them correctly but the screeching sound is still there and very annoying. Any one else have this problem or some thing like it? Any idea on how to fix before I replace the pulleys.

If you do replace the pulleys it's a good chance to under drive them and gain a few HP. They shoudn't be much more expencive than OEM replacements.

check to see if your timing is right, check your timing belt tension, check your crank pulley to see if its loose, check your throttlw cable and make sure it doesnt have to much slack. it could be a number of things
