Default Compatibility

I came across a set of brand new (OEM HONDA) ITR pistons for cheap, so i bought them, and im wondering.... Type-Rs have high compressions, would my LS benefit from this mod? How much more power will it make? I have a GSR P72 head that I'm going to install in a month or so, are the Type R pistons compatible with the grs cams or will I have to do further modifications?
Any one...please

Are they JDM? The JDM Type-R came with a B18C5. The USDM came with the B20. If they are from the B20, then no. Make sure that the psitons don't hit the valves at any point. That would be the only other problem I would see, since the B-Series engines are all more or less the same.
