Default 1990 Acura Integra Front end question

On my 1990 Acura Integra when I come to a stop and then I make either a right or left turn I encounter a clanking/banging sound until I start going straight again. yes, it happens on both sides.

What is usually the worn part in this case? The Lower control arms or tie rod ends.
My mechanic told me once and I think it was both lower control arms had worn out the rubber on each side. After replacement does this cause for a front end alignment?

Suggestions please, what is usually the normal wear on these?

Sounds more like the CV axles or the wheel bearings. Does this happen around turns too?

I agree. Sounds like cv joints are shot. Is it more prominent upon acceleration?
