Talking Suspension for 01 gsr

I'm looking to get some suspension work done on my gsr and was hoping I could get some help from all of you out there in carland. I've been lookin at the eibach pro kit but i don't know what kind of shocks to get. I"m just looking to have my car handle better in the corners and reduce the ugly wheel gap on my gsr. I don't want to drop my car any more then 2inches. All product recommendations will be appreciated. I'm also lookin to get some strut bars for my car as well. I'm interested in the password jdm 3 point front strut bar and the 2 point rear tie bar. I'm also interested in the type front and rear bars. Which one is better?

I appreciate the input

KYB Shocks are pretty good as for the strut bar some other brands you might like are Megan, Skunk 2, DC Sports, and I also think Nuespeed makes some for the 'teg.

Neuspeed kits usually use Bilstein dampers (which are pretty freakin good). I'd say go for the Tein Super Street coilovers. About 1.25" drop (you can go more if you want but over lowering cars can get nsaty) and are still pretty streetable.

But since he hasn't bought anything yet, I'm trying to sway him to the route of coilovers. Real coilovers will ride and handle better than a spring/shock combo, I've said it a number of times.

I know but I mean if he doesn't want it why try and convince him? I just assume give him what he wants.

I've considered coilovers but i just don't have the money right now and I don't plan on driving my car very hard or racing it, thats why I was looking to go with springs and shocks. I did find a good deal on Ground Control coilovers. Any one have any opinions on the ground controls?

Gound control coilovers will beat your brains out. They are not a progressive spring so it makes them pretty rough.
