Did you run anywires from the engine to the inside of the car for a sub or something? On hondas there's typically a rubber gromet in the engine bay on the firewall just behind the glove box, may want to silocone that up

do you have a/c in the car and if so, does it only happen when it is on or was recently turned off?

By any chance, do you run water instead of anti-freeze in your radiator? If so, it might be the heater core. I've heard of old cars leaking through the heater core.

This is a very common problem with second generation Integra's. I had the same problem, I still haven't fixed it fully, but I have managed to slow the leak dramatically. G2IC has lots of good fixes for G2 Integra's. If you can't find what you need there, search the forums because they are usually pretty good about helping out.
