I just got a $240ish ticket yesterday while driving up in North Calgary yesterday - because of my muffler...not because it was too loud or too big - but the cop said theres no such thing as an aftermarket muffler that will pass an emissions test ROFL

I'm not even mad I'm gonna own this **** in court haha.

lol cops are no different then us man... that sucks! you'll win in court, gl! can you get a tick for an muffler that's too big??

Here if I believe the max exhaust size is 2 3/4 or 3in - my tip is 3in but its still stock exhaust leading into it with reducers.

It's not even that loud is the thing, the noise doesn't kick in unless I'm in the rev range of the base RSX's so-called vtec or higher, and I don't hit that unless I'm accelerating - not like those moron kids with farting exhaust tips on their civics revving them religiously at a constant 5000rpm rate without shifting because 'Hondas are designed to be high-revving engines' - god if I owned a mechanics shop I'd give those kids a card on the spot.

The cops give tickets when they want. If you look like you have anything aftermarket, and they think they can fool you, they'll pull you over. It's dumb, but it seems to work for them.

ok lets seriously start a new thread! let's talk about valve adjustments or headers... I just installed Greddy headers on my gsr. way better then DC and a great fit! Cheaper then DC too

i have an HKS high power on my 94 integra and it has a deep tone that is not to loud from 800 to 4000rpms and after that its fairly loud but overall not bad.

I have a Magnaflow on my GSR, sounds much better than the fart cans and looks pretty stock.
