Using a strong material center punch you can knock it out with a hammer...
You can reinstall these by using a scrificial lug nut and five washers...just put the new one in and then put on some washers and then the nut and tighten it up to pull it in...then pop it loose and pull off a washer and do it again. Keep doing this until you do it with out any washers and then you are done...just be sure to throw the lugnut away because you will have torqued it so many times it is not safe to keep using it!
