Gotta Problem
I bought these rims online and the ppl who i bought them from completely screwed me over. He sold me some rims with a lug pattern 5x112 and my 2002 Honda Civic Ex has a lug pattern of 4x100. I dont wanna do lug adapters. A guy I ran into says that i can change my 4 lug hubs with a 5 lug hub, is that possible or am I just screwed with these rims????? Please guys I need help!!!

Did you get them from an individual? Ebay? a whole seller?
If a individual seller not on any selling service (ebay) you're screwed for the most part. If Ebay contact Ebay about the wrong advertising and they might can help. If a whole seller call back and talk with a manager.
