A D15/16 and a B16 can be picked up with not too much effort from two men. If not tranny or anything (short block) then a strong guy could pick it up himself.

Would a k20 or k24 swap mess up handling in a d16 car like a h22 swap?

Yes. Those cars have a decent amount of torque if you do a K24 bottem with K20 head. Going WOT around a corner with the wheels turned a good amount will make them spin.

Well, if I remember correctly the S2000 had minor mods (K&N, exhaust, suspension upgrades) The hatch was SCed with suspension mods.
