I have a 1998 Honda Accord lx coupe. It had a 2.3L vetec engine lev(low emission vehicle) but the motor blew. I put in a ultra low emission vehicle engine in the car with a ulev pcm. Now I have code 41 for primary heater o2 sensor circuit. Can anyone out help with a fix the make the cel go out. I remember someone had a similar complaint and was told the fix was to install a 10k ohm resistor in the circuit to make the cel go off, but they didnt specify the correct pin out locations. Can someone out there please help me, thank you.
