Stripped plug hole? Nothing you can do, you need a new cylinder head. So you don't do that again, always change your plugs when the engine is cool, and don't tightne them too hard. There's a very good seal betwen the plug and the head, so you don't need to crank on it. 1 and 1/4 turns past finger tight is about good.

You can retap the head if you do strip them out. You must remove the head, retap and/or insert a helicoil.

That is not easy to do and if you have cut the threads clean off, then there is nothing you can do. You can't widen out the hole and retap it since plugs aren't any wider. If you're lucky, you just broke a thread and you might be able to retap it. Amke sure you get EVERY METAL SHAVINGS OUT OF THE HEAD!!!

I've never popped a thread hole. It probably isn't that bad for anyone who's worked on a head before. I wouldn't be so sure for someone who's never gone below the valve cover(s).

If you can't do it yourself you can probably take the head to any machine shop and they can fix it for you. You also have to take into consideration that you must remove the head to do so which involves removing the cams and timing belt.
If you are not an experienced DIYer I would take it to a mechanic.
