I'm looking toward Nissan for the future of Japanese cars. Maybe that's just cuz I have a Silvia. I was actually really impressed with the car when I bought it, despite the age. Lots of neat stuff Honda never did. Like heater vents that blow air on the steering wheel. Variable speed intermittent wipers are cool too.

You know what Honda needs to do? Take a long drive in a CRX. I am absolutely convicned that nodoby has ever built a car that better combines fun, utility, comfort, and economy better than the CRX. Sure plenty of cars can do one or two of those things much better than the old 'Rex, but none all at the same time. All Honda's engineers need to do is remember the inspiration they had to build that car.

Honda needs another performance car besides the S2k.. And don't even bring up the Mugen Civic IMO I think your stupid to pay $40,000 for a Civic. That car is way overpriced..

The mugen civic is all show with no go. I would rather spend my 40k on an EVO

No, the Mugen Si is kinda like the RSX A-Spec. There's some tweaks here and there, but nothing major. Since Honda got rid of the Type-R, they have been getting suspiciously good at giving us some wamred over stuff and pass it off as Special Edition. The Mugen package is really a joke and if Mugen really wanted to make a good car, Honda should have let them have at it. I'm pretty sure that you won't find any of the Mugen Si's parts in any Mugen catalog. Why? Because that's not what Mugen does. When Mugen builds a car, they do a good job, not build some lukewarm Si. And as good as the Civic Si is, until Honda gives America a new Type-R, they will never be able to pull the wool over my eyes and say that they are serious about performance. Heck, even the Type-R they do have is a joke. I'm losing my faith in Honda. They do all this racing and then they try to say that they put it to use. Wow, they've sure got me fooled. I could have never picked out the racing heritage from the body roll and gushy steering.

hey now i like the Mugen Civics. I will agree that they are WAY overpriced though

The sad thing as they get older, they will only go up in price. Like the Bullit Mustangs or the Special Edition Scions.

so about those scions... i was never really a fan of the XoB (box backwards, cuz that's what they are) untill i rode in my friends all i can say is WOW they got alot of get up and go when you want em too.

It's all stock. I thought it had get up and go, compared to what i expected at least.
