I just wanted to comment about "going cheap" on suspension parts. I have been rebuilding my suspension for about a year now. Ive replaced every bushing front and rear, my steering rack, inner and outer tierods, cv halfshafts, wheel bearings, blah, blah, blah When I bought my struts and springs, I was just in a hurry to have it done so I bought some cheap stuff thinkin it would be decent...My struts are too soft to use with springs which were also to soft. It would bottom out everytime I hit a bump So now I have some rock hard springs on there just so my struts can function and I wish now that I would have just spent the extra money on something adjustable. It kinda sucks, definitly do your homework before committing to anything

Ugh, this is what happens when your computer fires its hard drive- you get in on stuff late.

Eibach is pretty good, but if you want TOP-SHELF, then Moton can't be beat. You could also go with KW, JIC, or J-Sport. However those coilovers will cost more than your car, so skip them. Get yourself a decent set of Eibach or Tein coilovers, the most basic available. Unless you know what turning the knobs does and how it affects your handling, don't buy adjustable coilovers (it is much easier to screw things up than make things better). Non-adjustable coilovers are cheaper too.

BTW, Comptech is not Mugen or anything like Mugen. Mugen is a dedicated manufacturer that has factory ties with Honda in Japan. Comptech does not. Don't get me wrong, Comptech makes great parts, but Mugen might as well be HPD ('cuz let's face it, HPD is a joke). Nobody else can claim that kind of relationship or quality, not even HASport or Hondata.

Im pretty sure that coilovers come with a tool to adjust the height of each individual one. I think its a big nut that you turn that compresses the spring to lower the height

You would measure the ground clearance and the reason I say comptech and mugen are alike is b/c they are both Honda based.

If you are going to be leaving it at a set height you can get an alignment. If you are going to be playing with them alot it will be useless.
