Default Factory V-TEC Settings?

So i was just wondering what RPM's Honda sets V-TEC to kick in at? (I know all cars are different like the integra and civic but i was just wondering). I think the 92-95 civics is at about 6000 (correct me if I'm wrong) and most Integras are 5000 right?

I think everyone was right so far, although 3500 sounds strangley low.

Depends on the car. The newer VTECs have more of a kick to them. You can see it on the dyno graphs.
