To shift a stick without a clutch you really have to play with it. You will feel it in the tranny when you are trying to pull a gear.

Its hard for me to explain it but I can do it all day long lol.

You have to match the RPM of the engine with the RPM of the gearbox. It's really a pro move. I can do the 3-4 shift clutchless, but that's it. All the guys in IRL would use it before they got paddle shifters.
