Gude good? - HondaClub.com

I am looking at the Gude performance heads and cams. They want $2000 for them and I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them. I have asked them for a dyno print out for the J30A1 (98-02 AccordV6) and they just tell me that they have gains UP TO 50hp. That just seems like they are trying to take my money and run with minimal gains if any.

Did they mention the specs of the engine they tested? I was reading about KME and their cams for the K20 can make about 50 hp. But their engine was a racing engine that could run to 10,000 RPM. So the cams may give that much horsepower, but only on a built motor.

Are the cams for a supercharged engine? The grinds are different for NA, turbo, supercharger, and nitrous. Make sure you get the right ones.

They would be for a s/c and sprayed v6. I think I am just gonna go with the J32 heads and cams and grind the pistons so I don't bend a valve.

Okay. I've never heard of Gude, but it would be interesting to see what they can do.

For the 4 cylinder Gude is good stuff. They would stand behind those all day long but they are pretty sketchy about the V6.
