so i'm going to be entering a car show, it's just for fun so people can get together and show off their rides (no prizes or catagories or anything) and i'm just wondering what kinds of things i should do fairly quickly as it is in just under 2 months, that will get me more points....this is my first car show that i will be involved in, and unfortunetly one of very few that i've even been to. but yea, any pointers would be sweet
and just so you know, i'm planning on getting a new windshield as i got mad one day and threw the only thing i could grab real quick (my cell phone) at my windsheild and now there is a huge crack haha, but i'm also getting a half paint job and a "E-MORTAL CUSTOMS.COM" sticker on my windshield (i work right next to that shop, so they do some work on my car from time to time) and i'm trying to get the Z3 fenders in time for the show |

^ I agree. With all the shows I have been in you want it spotless. As for cleaning under the hood after you pressure wash it and degrease it I sugest using tire foam to shine it up when you get to the show. It doesn't leave as much residue as regular tire shine. Good luck bro and take pics at the show.

this is where old toothbrushes come in handy.... as soon as I start using a new toothbrush, my old one goes into my car cleaning kit, they work great for spot scrubbing your engine for those hard-to-get corners.
also, not a bad idea to add a HondaClub.com sticker on your windshield too !!! ![]() |
