dedicating a hand/arm to place a cell phone on your ear should be against the law!!! but I think bluetooth/handsfree are ok to use.

i think its more of a personal ability than a general statement that people shouldnt drive and talk on the phone. i think that the ones that can do it safely should be ok but the ones that like to talk with their hands and ballance a coffie cup and a cig should have to turn in their license. and in reality its not just cell phone users. i've seen two people in a car just talking to eachther and the driver was all over the road.

Really? I bet I could use the Scandanavian flick around every corner, but that doesn't mean the cops don't let me. My personal ability allows me to pull it off. That doesn't mean it's smart (at least on the street). And no talking on the cell phone and trying out rally moves are no different. They both use lots of concentration and all of your bodily appendages. But one looks way more baller when performed correctly.

+1, on the bike I can ride significantly above the speed limit without endangering others, that doesn't mean I do. Not only will I still get pulled over, I value my life as well.

In the eyes of the law your skills mean nothing, if we actually judged drivers on their driving many pickup trucks (no offense dre) and SUVs would disappear.
