If they are both the same as pictured they both seem to be a good product. I would rather the Fujita since I have seen those installed on other vehicles in person.

Save some money, the HPS looks fine to me. With Fujita you're paying for the name too.

With name brand you are paying for A LOT of R&D (research and development) on the product that you are buying. Thats where your quality and gains come into play.
