i was just wondering if neons or underglow are legal? is it true that they r as long as other drivers cant see the bulb? how abut interior neons?

Depends on your local area...best advice...call the local city police and state patrol where you live that way you get "straight from the horses mouth" information

Exterior, the answer is usually no. Interior is fine, but make sure that the bulbs aren't visible from the outside, And make sure that they don't throw up too much glare on the windows or you won't be able to see at night.

My opinion, but neon labels your car as a rice rocket and nobody will take you seriously. Do as you will since it's your car, but the car guys around you (the ones who can help you swap an engine or get you cheap parts) won't help ricers. Even if you aren't your car will say it all.

I think they look dumb. Again, my opinion, but the guys who you want helping you will be the ones with the fastest cars. And they never put in underglow.

i think some look cool when u really choose one that will go with the color of the car like silver and blue underglow but ill try not to put them on

haha well in my opinion
neons are sweet as hell
they turn heads for sure
and well there a nice toy to put in the car
but then again thats just my opinion
