Default Coilover Installation

I have the basic idea of how everything goes
but my coil overs came with this little o-rings
a little bit bigger than a quarter and there pretty thick
what are theyh for

Are you talking about the strut bushing? If they go into the top of the strut then you need to reuse them on the new coilover. Otherwise, I'm not to sure about what you are talking about.

no like my coil overs came with all these orings like 20 but i talked to someone about it and they said just pull the factory springs out, and then install the coilovers just as you would with the springs then adjust
