I hear you. I'm in the same boat. Skip the cryo-treating then, and try to get the LSD. If you can at least get the car into reverse, then you can live with it for a while and save up for the part. Adding an LSD won't add much to the repair time anyway. No sense in tearing everything apart twice right (doing it once is expensive enough).
